Awareness Lounge Counseling offers mental health counseling services including individual, couples, family, and telehealth therapy, provided by Patricia Cisnero, MS, LPC. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or mental health advice.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for residents of Virginia, USA. You must be 18 years or older—or have parental/guardian consent—to use this site or engage in services.

3. Appointment Requests

You may request a consultation or session through the contact form or by email. Submission does not guarantee appointment availability. All appointments must be confirmed by our office before being scheduled.

4. Fees and Payment

Details regarding session fees, insurance policies, and payment methods will be provided during intake or by request. Awareness Lounge Counseling is currently out-of-network; clients may request superbills for potential insurance reimbursement.

5. Telehealth Services

We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services for clients located in Virginia. You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet, and safe location for your sessions. Technical disruptions are the client’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

7. Confidentiality

All personal and health-related information shared is treated as confidential, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Virginia state laws. Confidentiality may be broken only if required by law (e.g., threat of harm to self or others).

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, data, or content. Any use of this site that violates applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.
